What? I forgot about my blog???

OK, I'm guilty. I started this blog thing and forgot all about it. It's now been 27 days and obviously nothing grand enough has happened to cause me to post. Or, if something grand did happen, I was so busy being overjoyed with enthusiasm that I couldn't remember to post to a blog. OR, I just plain forgot...the most likely answer.

Let's see if I can pull out a few good things from the past couple weeks:

• I was able to connect (sorta) with an old friend via Facebook - I say *sorta* because although that friend accepted my "be my friend" request, same friend has yet to acknowledge my "how you been" wall post. Hmmm...maybe he didn't wanna be my friend but didn't wanna be mean? Facebook is so harsh!
• Attended a horse show, it was lots of fun & a good experience for us *newbies* who have never really gotten into showing before - mostly riding for fun.
• Entered a small county horse show - and won! Does it matter if you're the only one in the class? LOL nawww...
• Got a phone call from an old friend (but not the Facebook friend)...it really is nice to hear from friends, especially if it's been a long time.

Starting a Blog

I have no clue what I'm doing on a Blog site, or why I feel I need to create my own. I was led here when I attempted to comment on someone else's blog...so I thought I'd see what happens.

So...for now, my intention is to TRY my best to find something bright & nice each day. Sunflowers are bright (can't get much brighter than that sunflower yellow can ya??? Hense: Today's SunFlower.
